House D-Z is a minimal home located in Mullem, Belgium, designed by GRAUX & BAEYENS Architecten. The home is unique in that the spaces we generally use during the day – kitchen, living room, dining room – are located on the upper level above the bedrooms instead of being on the first floor. The building splits its structure into separate entities to allow for interesting play on natural lighting and shadows.
