Amhurst Road is a minimalist house located in London, England, and designed by Edgley Design. The clients wanted to modernize the space while retaining the fundamentals of the existing buildings. The artist’s studio was knocked down in order to be rebuilt with a better facility. Simply put, the studio would be transformed into a shiny metal box. The choice of industrial materials was to reflect the workingnature of the space.
